Since 1996, the Lifestyle Homes team, has provided low-maintenance lifestyle choices to over 900 new home owners throughout the Greater Asheville and Western North Carolina areas. Lifestyle Homes focus has been to build high quality, yet affordable new homes, specializing in developing and building lifestyle-rich home communities where the built-in amenities only add to the rewarding experience of home ownership.

​These communities are developed with livability top of mind. Whether a single family home, town home, or patio home, all are built to Energy Star standards with low maintenance components and finishes, inside and out. All of the homes offer main level living, and many have the option of bonus rooms for use as an office, hobby room, den or added storage space.

Most of our communities feature a clubhouse with fitness center, large great room with full kitchen for social gatherings, pool table, large screen TV, and a heated pool. Yard work and exterior home chores are taken care of by the neighborhood’s Homeowner’s Association. This freedom allows you time to “lock and leave” to travel, visit friends and relatives, or just relax and enjoy the well designed neighborhoods and homes.
